Short Vacation to Macau - Just Casinos

I took advantage of the Air Asia "no admin charges" promo and landed on Macau on 19 Dec 2009 with my husband.  It was quite an  experience to land on the airport runway built on reclaimed land.  I think this was the first time I landed with "water on both sides".  There was also fear of "crash landing" onto the sea!!

Anyway, Macau was not as great as I have read about, particularly so when the authorities have promoted the country on the occassion of celebrating 10th year anniversary of Macau upon handling over to China.

Nothing to see except for the Casinos on left, right and in front wherever I go.  Probably, it was also due to the selection of Emperor Hotel, which is right in the middle of the city, and short walk to Ferry Terminal, the famous Senado Square and Fisherman Wharf.

These pictures here from left to right are MGM, Grand Lisboa, Sands and Lisboa.
Coaches from Ferry Terminal and airport are also provided by these leading casinos.  Unfortunately, not being a seasoned gambler, we dare not hop into any of these coaches!!

Look out for more!!
